Доброжелательные соседи, район.
Никто не предупредил, что в квартире проблема с канализацией. Войдя в квартиру менеджер уверила, что спустив воду, запах уйдет. Но стойкий запах преследовал весь период пребывания. Благо, что стояла теплая осенняя погода и была возможность регулярно проветривать помещение. Так же не совсем комфортно было с принятием душа, т.к. теплая вода шла с перебоями. Выбор этого жилья так же основывался на предыдущих отзывах, что квартира идеально чистая. Я такую оценку поставить не могу. Чистая, но не идеально. Фото выглядят гораздо лучше, чем квартира в реальности. Да, квартира по доступной стоимости, но цена соответствует.

Уважаемые гости! Спасибо вам за высокую оценку. Запах канализации присутствует иногда. Далеко не всегда и на данный момент его нет. Это старый жилой фонд и такая проблема встречается. Мы стараемся элиминировать эту проблему всеми возможными способами. Будем надеяться что это не повторится. Мы просим прощения за неудобство. Будем ждать вас снова в гости. It was quiet. Safe space. Neighbours pleasant. Clean and comfortable. Internet connection was good enough not to notice any problem. There seemed to be plenty of hot water and pressure. The staff were very helpful not just renting apartment but would assist with the few small things that really help. For example ordering taxi when leaving apartment. Fixing broken light promptly.
TV is satellite and reception was poor (pixellated) and only Russian speaking programs. Jacuzzi while looking nice is impractical for ordinary shower.

Cleanliness, location and great value for money. Communications with the staff went very well.

The apartment is modern and has a clean quality about it. Loved the layout.
The outside entrance to front door had cat poo on the neighbours mat, this was horrible and sometimes the green dongle to the street entrance keypad did not work straight away.

В квартире есть небольшие недочёты, но больше всего понравилось отношение менеджера Виктории, её переживание и готовность помочь. Буду советовать исключительно из-за сервиса =)
Протекающий и плюющийся ледом кондиционер, но это не критично)

Location is good if you want to be near both Deribasovskaya and the trams to the beach, I liked the fact that t's more "real life" than if you live in the tourist areas.
