The apartment is equipped with expensive Italian furniture. 3 bedrooms have comfortable queen size double beds. There are 2 levels. The 1st level consist of corridor that has separate entrances to the first bathroom (hydro massage shower cabin, washing machine), kitchen, 1st bedroom and living-room. The sofa in the living room is not fold out. The 2nd level consists of 2 bedrooms, 2nd bathroom (bathtub (no Jakuzzi), toilet, bidet). There are 4 huge LCD tv-sets. There are 2 Air-conditioners (in the kitchen and the bedroom). All the windows and balcony (on the 2nd level) overlooks the quiet yard. The yard is locked with the coded gates and well lit at night. The entrance to the apartment is renovated and is locked with extra key. All best restaurants, bars, cafes, sights are within 5-10 minutes walk. Parking is available in the yard. Absolutely comfortable apartment and best choice for 3 single travelers or couples who wants to live in the centre of Odessa with luxury in mind.

* It is NOT allowed to smoke inside the apartment.
* Loud noises are forbidden in the apartment and adjacent area after 9PM.
* No pets allowed.
* Apartment is offered only for living purposes. No parties, gatherings, celebrations allowed.
* Upon check in we take 200$ refundable security deposit which it given back upon check out if there is no damage.
